Regulation 31 on technical aspects of charging in communications networks

The Regulation concerns telecommunications operators' minimum obligations to ensure the technical correctness of invoicing of communications networks and services. The Regulation is obligating and its obligations apply to telecommunications operators providing network and communications services in a public telephone network.

Regulation 32 on public telephone network numbering

The Regulation concerns the entry into force of the Finnish national numbering plan and number structures in accordance with ITU-T Recommendation E.164 The international public telecommunication numbering plan [13]. In addition, the Regulation also applies to such numbers and identifiers that are not in accordance with Recommendation E.164, but that are relevant for the technical interoperability of communications networks. The Regulation is obligating and its obligations apply to telecommunications operators providing network and communications services in a public telephone network.
