Decisions, regulations and definitions of policy concerning postal operations

FICORA's key decisions, regulations and definitions of policy concerning postal operations can be found on this page.

Universal postal services

FICORA designates through its decisions universal service providers. The decisions are amended, as necessary, if significant changes occur in the availability of services or in the universal service provider's prerequisites to provide services. Changes in conditions can lead to new designations of universal service providers or to mitigated regulation.
