Survey on the Quality of Telecommunications Services

The purpose of the survey is to examine the consumers' views on the significance of quality factors in telecommunications services (mobile phone, fixed and mobile broadband as well as land-line phone) and how these factors are implemented. Surveys on the quality of telecommunications services have been conducted since 2009.
