Customer contacts that the NCSC-FI have processed

Save the graph data as a CSV file

The statistics show the customer contacts that the NCSC-FI have processed, per quarter from 2008 onwards. At the beginning of the observation period, the contacts were processed by CERT-FI. However, CERT-FI merged with FICORA's NCSC-FI on 1 January 2014.

For a long time, the majority of the contacts received by the NCSC-FI have consisted of malware, data break-ins and other general guidance related to information security. Media interviews, Social Engineering (including questions about phishing), vulnerabilities or other information security threats are also a stable part of the NCSC-FI's daily routines. The contacts also concern denial-of-service attacks, attack preparations and other information security problems.

* Note! From the first quarter of 2014 onwards, the statistical data are based on quarters that have been advanced by a month (1Q = December to February, etc.).
