*Since October 2014, the price of one fibre has been used as the price of a fibre-optic local loop. For the operators that do not have the price of one fibre in their price list, the used price is the price of a fibre pair.

A local loop means the part of a telecommunications network used for providing voice and broadband subscriptions to end-customers. A telecommunications operator who does not own local loops in some areas, it can hire a local loop from an operator within the area. In this case, it is possible for the telecommunications operator to provide voice call and broadband services to the end-customers in the area. Renting local loops can be both market-based and regulated. The local loop may be implemented by means of metallic local loops or optical fibres.

Since May 2013, unlike in the previous statistics, the key figures are based on all regional prices instead of the companies' average prices.
