The interruption in the fi-domain name service affects both the browser-based user interface and the EPP interface. The interruption is estimated to take 4 hours. FICORA's other electronic services are not affected by the interruption.

You may contact FICORA using the electronic contact form.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

In future, scheduled maintenance will be performed on the fi-domain name service on every Sunday following the second Tuesday of each month from 9.00 to 13.00 (GMT +3).

Faults in the new fi-domain name system

The new fi-domain name system was launched on 5 September 2016 after adopting the registry-registrar model. There have been load-related issues in the new system affecting, for example, logging in to the system and the EPP interface performance. The problems related to the EPP interface will be fixed during the maintenance break on Sunday.

We are constantly striving to improve the fi-domain name service in order to meet the needs of our customers.
