End of 4G spectrum auction

The spectrum auction ended on Wednesday, 30 October 2013. The winners of the 800 MHz frequency band were DNA Oy, TeliaSonera Finland Oyj and Elisa Oyj.

The auction for licences for a total of six frequency bands, 791–821 MHz and 832–862 MHz, began on 24 January 2013. Due to unavoidable technical reasons, the spectrum auction was adjourned during 20 September 2013 and 23 October 2013. The licences were auctioned for a total sum of EUR 108,010,000 for three operators.

Paired frequency block FDD3 (801 - 806 MHz / 842 - 847 MHz): €22,200,000
Paired frequency block FDD4 (806 - 811 MHz / 847 - 852 MHz): €18,900,000
